Theme: individual house

House is based on the principle of the river. It consists of three spatial elements: stream, branch and shore. They form a complex system of bywater - a residential unit of the 21st century. The stream is a central gallery of a house. It not only communicates and distributes, but also involves new residents. The gallery encourages dwellers and guests to get involved in the creative process. The branches of the gallery, like the branches of the river, play the role of independent islands. These are autonomous living rooms, which are separated from the central part of the house by four communication lines leading to the courtyard - the river shore. On the shore there are two functional objects attached to their part of the house: greenhouse and beekeeper house.
