The project of the fitness and health centre is a set of four functionally divided volumes. Reflecting on human self-perception in the future, the author identifies key theses of human existence at different levels: inner world, surrounding world, planet, reality. At each level of human perception, from the soul to the universe, there are certain attitudes that change over time and can create various problems. In order to do this, a person needs to achieve social balance. This is solved by creating a scenario for the functioning of public space. It represents a structure of intersecting functions, and both main and additional functions can intersect. The intersection of functions is a prerequisite, as the study found that it is this approach that leads to the formation of new functions. In addition, the building was integrated into the landscape to form a barrier-free environment and human connection with nature. A problematic area was chosen for the design of the sports complex, where a large number of garages and illegal small businesses are now located. The area is located in a residential area, the infrastructure of which is poorly developed. Therefore, the author proposes a strategy for the development of the city for 100 years ahead, creating the basis of a healthy city. The building is a sports complex and has 2 main facilities: a swimming hall and a multi-purpose sports hall. In addition to these, the building has many other sports facilities as well as social spaces. There is also a focus on education. The name of the project is closely related to the form and architectural principle. The functional strips are like coherent waves, crossing each other in space.
