Author proposes a new typology of multifunctional living space for comfortable year-round living outside the city. The architectural solution of the project is based on two principles. Firstly, a country house is an integral part of the landscape. There is already an apple orchard on the site, as well as a ring road between the garden and the existing infrastructure. In order not to disrupt the historically established ways of communication on the site, it was proposed to use gentle ascents and descents to pave part of the way through the roof of the first floor, organizing an intensive green space with a grassy garden on it. Secondly, a house has spreaded functional system depending on the technical and ergonomic aspects, of various functional zones outside the main volume and connecting them with various types of transitions. Thus 4 wings are formed: technical, sleeping, staircase block and heated winter garden. House is a new ‘machine’ for the harmonization of human relations and the surrounding elements.
