HEXAHOUSE is an experiment about a possible commune of the future for students. The name comes from the hexagonal shape chosen for the project. The uniqueness of the form consists of several factors:

1. Psychological effect: hexacons can create a sense of order and harmony;

2. Functional effect: the shape provides an optimal distribution of space;

3. Social effect: a symbol of a strong and united society.

Why have communes failed in the architectural world in the past? Something went wrong? What are the pros and cons we can learn from this experience?

Commune 2.0 or Hexahouse is a universal housing where students can live a full life - there is a gym, a canteen, a clinic with an isolation room, event areas, various co-working spaces, open spaces. A multi-level gallery that allows you to freely walk around the entire complex. A landscape that can change. And even small folding modules for convenience and comfort!

Hexahouse is a fusion of individualism and collective life, where a person lives comfortably.
