The project idea is to create a new public space in the city that is convenient for both people and birds. After all, it is a coastal city, and there is a desire to develop the theme of water for its residents. Therefore, the architecture represents an isolated island where people walk. But what about the birds? While people walk on top, birds will live on the other side of the island, sheltered from both people and bad weather. People will look at the water, while the birds, under cover, will strive towards the sky.
