Inspired by fish and traditional drying racks (*hjell*), the project proposes a modular nesting system for the Black-legged Kittiwake in Tromsø.

Fish-shaped modules interlock and stack to form a porous artificial cliff, providing sheltered nesting ledges. The structure transforms urban space into a shared habitat, allowing birds displaced from coastal cliffs to coexist with the city.
