The pyramid is an ancient architectural symbol historically associated with Egypt. Transposed into the landscape of Norway—on the opposite side of the planet—this familiar form is reinterpreted and seemingly inverted, creating a new spatial structure.
The structure is composed of horizontally shifted beams that form ledges and cavities resembling natural cliffs — a typical environment for birds to nest. Over time, the pyramid becomes inhabited by birds and transforms into their domain — a kind of kingdom where they take the place of deities.
A human can enter the structure, but remains only a temporary visitor, observing a world of nature that does not belong to them.
