Walking Hotel is an architectural manifesto about the delicate boundary of contact between humans and birds.
The hotel evolves together with the relationship between the two species, gradually expanding and transforming into a reflection of their mutual care and respect. This architecture becomes a mirror of emotional transformation, clearly illustrating how the connection between different worlds develops.
1. One day, a person encountered a bird and built a small shelter for it.
2. Over time, more and more birds began to gather around the birdhouse. So, people decided to create several more.
3. News of this "small birds' city" spread to other districts where people create a connection between their homes and birdhouses.
4. After a while, a tradition emerged among people: during the non-nesting season, the "Bird City Parade" maves through all districts.
5. Then, people set out to design a space where both species could coexist, sharing the same environment without disturbing one another.
