The residential complex features a distinctive architectural form inspired by two majestic mountains. Their converging peaks frame the mountain range panorama and create a symbolic gateway to the city.
The design employs a dual‑layer vertical structure:
Outer layer: residential modules defining the building’s rhythmic silhouette.
Inner layer: public functions (cafés, lecture halls, sports complexes, and shops) fostering a vibrant community environment.
