Theme: residential complex
The project conceptualizes human society as a textile structure: individuals are fibers, social interactions — threads that weave into a collective pattern. The residential building transcends mere shelter, becoming a dynamic «vertical loom» — a material instrument for cultivating social cohesion.
Public floors constitute the zone of the «collective pattern»: a deliberate, complex, and hospitable space. Through the interweaving of marketplaces, cafes, and libraries, initial knots of connection are formed, gradually building a dense social fabric.
Private «carpet» layers represent individual worlds and unique life scenarios. Yet the architectural concept avoids mechanistic stacking of units: it deliberately bridges private and communal realms, ensuring that each personal pattern remains an integral thread within the holistic, living tapestry.
