Theme: residential complex
The EON residential complex is conceived as a compact cosmos beneath a glass dome — a vaulted stage where light behaves like a living material. Three vertical social cores act as stellar anchors; around them, a continuous ring-void articulates circulation and social life, tracing orbital paths of movement and encounter. The dome functions as an auroral canopy, modulating daylight and artificial scenography to produce shifting atmospheres across the botanical garden, event piazza and performance atrium. A partially glazed floorplate opens a focused panorama — a theatrical observatory that inverts the gaze, turning the city into a participant of interior life.
Programmatic strata are layered not as isolated rooms but as interleaved ecological and cultural membranes: greenery, performance, leisure and contemplation flow into one another through bridges and terraces. This centripetal geometry is both poetic and pragmatic: by aggregating social functions into a single thermally moderated heart, the composition minimises dispersion of energy while maximising opportunities for serendipitous social exchange.
In EON, form is a frozen impulse — a captured expansion of energy whose shape cultivates community, wellbeing and a new urban ritual under one luminous sky.
