Happiness zone which is cut off from the whole world by time zones because of the suddenly found world wealth

Train

The railroad which connects the city and its districts become a place for time manipulation, speculation, and corruption.

Garden

Items are forgotten on trains, such as toys, umbrellas, clothes, newspapers, telephone, and sleeping people become new green bricks in the garden.

Wastelands

It is a Wasteland of forgotten items and time. Somewhere day comes to an end quicker, somewhere goes longer in the house. It is possible to replay day and night in the wasteland city.

The End

In this sense, the 24 hour rush hour is reoriented in the new typology of time organization of the city wastelands

Description:

The Volga region served the Soviet government as a laboratory for extreme engineering experiments. The history of these experiments transformed the Volga into a huge mechanical space that operates as if it were a holistic organism. The engineering of this transformation became the Nature itself. Now the Volga region can be imagined as an enormous mechanical landscape with cities that play the role of the buildings. Streets, squares, factories, routes – all of them are the spaces of these buildings – rooms, halls, corridors, storages. And sometimes in these corridors and storages the a fairy-tale narrative is happening...
