Theme: residential complex
The residential complex is defined by a bold architectural concept that draws inspiration from two majestic mountain peaks. As the peaks converge, they frame a sweeping panorama of distant mountain ranges, creating a powerful visual gateway to the city.
At the heart of the design lies a dual‑layered structure — an outer shell and an inner core. The outer layer comprises modular residential units, whose rhythmic arrangement gives the building its distinctive, sculptural silhouette. The inner layer is dedicated to communal life: it accommodates cafés, lecture halls, fitness centres, and retail spaces, fostering a rich social fabric within the complex.
A striking red bridge spans between the two “mountains”, serving as both a functional link and an iconic visual element. More than just a structural connector, it imbues the ensemble with dynamism and identity, becoming an instantly recognisable landmark that enhances the complex’s architectural narrative.
